You can cancel the master program or any Program that is more than 100+ Hours of Content within 30 Days of the Program.
The Program cannot be canceled in case the customer consumes more than 30% of the Product within 30 Days of receiving the Program.
Any Program which is less than 100 Hours can be canceled only within 24 Hours of the Date of Purchase.
In case you feel that the Program received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 30 days of receiving the Program. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of any Refunds approved by the ONLINE LEARNING CENTER PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
